So fam, I've decided to take a "low carb" approach and today I'm starting to feel it. So far, since our powwow on Saturday, I have been "good." I've made an effort to have breakfast in the morning and have been stocking up on the vegetables and cutting out frieds and sweets. But do you know what I thought about today? RED VELVET CAKE. Oh my I've having the worst fat thought imaginable right now. I just had to share because this is making the craving not feel as worse. Plus, if I'm writing this right now, I can't walk down the block and pip up a Nemo's red velvet or chocolate cake....MMM...
I've been doing my exercise and can already see and feel a difference in my thighs (main target area). But sometimes its easy to get frustrated when you don't see ALL the results you want to see quick enough. Sigh. I've realized this isn't going to be easy... but we will fight the fight together!

Hello family! I am so glad that we all decided to take this weightloss challenge together! There's power in numbers and I hope that this blog will help us get through this battle...The goal is for us to share our progress, temptations, tips (even though it is a competition) with each other. I will use this blog as a food diary as well.
I am taking the bold move and will post my "before" photo online. Who else is in?!
Wait til later, I'll also tell you all what I had to eat day...
